Carbon Steel U Type Dump Semi trailer

Dump truck refers to the vehicle that lifts the goods by itself through hydraulic or mechanical lifting. Also known as dump truck. It is composed of automobile chassis, hydraulic lifting mechanism, cargo compartment and force taking device. The dump truck is divided into two kinds of backward tilting and side tilting, and the piston rod movement is controlled by the control system. The backward tilting is more common, and the piston rod is pushed to tilting the car, and a few two-way tilting.

Working principle

The structure of the engine, chassis and cab of the dump truck is the same as that of the general truck.

The high-pressure oil enters the lifting hydraulic cylinder through the distribution valve and the oil pipe, and the cab safety protection plate is provided at the front of the carriage.

The engine drives the hydraulic pump through the transmission and the force taking device, and the hydraulic tipping mechanism of the carriage is composed of the oil tank, the hydraulic pump, the distributing valve, the lifting hydraulic cylinder, the control valve and the tubing.
